Installation Instruction

1. The Drain Protection system is designed to be installed on concrete and fibre cement surfaces.
2. DPS should be installed after floor waste pipe riser is installed, cut the pipe riser flush to the existing floor level.
3. Water proofing membrane to be applied after DPS installation is complete.
4. Apply membrane up to the protecting sponge seal.
5. DPS 100mm and DPS 100mm/adjustable collars are designed to be installed on all 100mm risers, includes planter box drainage.
6. The DPS 100×50 is designed to be installed where 50mm floor waste exits to provide a 100mm floor waste inlet.
7. The DPS 50mm & 40mm safe tray are designed to be installed on pipe risers ie: kitchen, laundry, bath and vanity risers, apply membrane after DPS installation is complete.
8. The 50mm&40mm cover plates are designed to be installed on drain pipe through cupboards to seal off the cut off around the waste pipe.
9. Primer and solvent cement must be used wih all the above installation.
