In the event of a system malfunction or leak caused by defective warranted products (and not by improper installation or incorrect usage, incorrect handling procedures or by job site or installation damage) Di Fincci will repair or replace at its discretion, of any products covered under the limited warranty.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
